Welcome to StatGeek ("StatGeek," "we," "us," or "our"). By using statgeekpro.com and our services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
StatGeek is an independent sports analytics publisher. We analyze publicly available sports statistics and present data-driven insights, signals, and confidence scores for informational and entertainment purposes only.
StatGeek is not a sportsbook, is not affiliated with any sportsbook or gaming operator, and does not accept, place, or facilitate any bets or wagers. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any outcome.
The information we provide is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using StatGeek, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that using a sports analytics service is legal in your location.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
StatGeek offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (currently Single Sport and Full Access). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Whop. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for amounts already paid. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't: resell or redistribute our data or picks without permission; scrape or copy the Service in bulk; attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Service for anything unlawful.
We work hard to keep our statistics accurate and our confidence scores calibrated to real measured results. However, data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors, delays, or corrections. We provide the Service "as is" without warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatGeek is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including any betting or financial decisions you make. The Service is provided for informational purposes only, and you use it at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the Effective Date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
